  • All orders are handmade, carefully packed, and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

 


 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

 

 

  • We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, or local postal services).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions; conditions will be specified on the website.

 

 


 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 

 

  • UK & EU: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover them.

5. Packaging & Fragile Items

 

 

  • Our products are handmade ceramics and will be packed securely with protective materials.

  • Despite careful packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

 


 

 

6. Delays

 

 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • Once your package is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

 

 


 

 

7. Tracking Your Order

 

 

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

 

 


 

 

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address
