All orders are handmade, carefully packed, and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, or local postal services).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

UK & EU: 5–10 business days

Our products are handmade ceramics and will be packed securely with protective materials.

Despite careful packaging, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

8. Wrong or Incomplete Address
